Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. Your timely notice is appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the session. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can happen, if you believe you have a valid reason for a late cancellation, please reach out and discuss with Rebecca. It will be at Rebecca's discretion if the fee is waived. Rebecca is committed to your healing journey and by booking with Rebecca you are committing to yourself but also to this policy.
