While the work that Rebecca facilitates has many beneficial effects, it is not a substitute for appropriate medical attention. Statements and products offered in this service are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure nor prevent any disease or illness. When dealing with a physical and / or mental health illness or disease always consult a qualified physician or therapist. It is illegal to guarantee results in the medical industry and individual results may vary. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on time and service used. If you have paid upfront and after the first session, you feel it necessary to rescind your decision to proceed, charges based at the appropriate hourly service rate will be charged for time used and the remaining program refunded/ stopped. You will sign a release form stating your decision.

Rebecca McDonald of Connect Your Soul makes no financial guarantees about
any products or services. The only one that can ultimately guarantee your
success is YOU.

As a client, you will be charged administration fees. A dishonour fee will be
charged to you if funds do not clear as well as any fees from your financial
institution. If payment cannot be made for any reason you will contact Rebecca
McDonald a minimum of 48 hours before payment is due.

Rebecca McDonald's cancellation policy is if you cancel you scheduled appointment within 24 hours of when it falls due you will be charged 50% of the total fee.

If you can cancel your policy outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment no fees will occur and I thank you for your timely notice.

If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify Rebecca McDonald, you will be charged the full session fee.

Rebecca McDonald’s instructions and the information provided are, and are
intended to be, educational in nature, providing information, instruction,
support and encouragement. All information is kept private and confidential
unless otherwise by state of law. In which legal documentation will have to be
provided to access any records.

Rebecca McDonald is a certified Hypnotherapist, Practitioner and Coach of NLP
and Timeline Therapy, Empowerment Coach, Reiki Energy Healer, certified Practitioner of the Sacred Starlight Temples and Sacred Ancestral Clearing and DNA Healing and certified in Aromatouch Massage. Rebecca McDonald is
not a licensed Physician or Licensed Mental Health Professional nor a
Psychologist and does not hold herself out to provide any form of healthcare
or psychotherapy.

Please consult your health care provider before making any health care
decisions.

For any hypnosis or meditative recordings, never listen to recordings while
driving a car or operating machinery. Whilst listening to recordings, choose an
environment that is quiet and safe. All recordings remain the property of
Rebecca McDonald and are not to be shared or used outside of any booked
sessions with Rebecca McDonald.

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission guidelines’ concerning use
of endorsements and testimonials in advertising, please be aware of the
following: testimonials appearing on any of Rebecca McDonald’s site(s) are
received via email / media submission. They are individual experiences,
reflecting real life experiences of those that have used my products and / or
services in some way or another.

However, they are individual results and results may vary. I do not claim that
they are typical results that all my clients will generally achieve.
Additionally, these testimonials are not intended to make claims that these
products and / or services can be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or
prevent any disease. These claims have not been clinically proven or evaluated.
All sessions are documented and / or recorded for security purposes.
As per Australian Consumer Laws, I sincerely want you to succeed and pledge
to help you to the best of my ability. A hypnotherapist is considered a guide or
facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and
allowing yourself to be guided into a state of hypnosis. The results may vary
from person to person.

Client Agreement

In requesting professional consultation and assistance, you understand that to
be successful you must be entirely willing to:

Recognise that your health and well-being depend directly on how well you care for yourself emotionally, physically, spiritually and intellectually.
You acknowledge that your feelings, thoughts, images and desires, conscious and unconscious, ultimately determine the course of every action and relationship in your life.
You realise that blaming anything or anyone, including myself, is totally useless and that the only person that can take charge of your life is YOU.
You accept responsibility for yourself, your choices and actions, and that you, knowingly or unknowingly, create them.
You agree to be on time for your appointments, meet your financial obligations promptly (including any session missed without 24 hours’notice, and participate wholeheartedly in the work you are undertaking.
You know your heartfelt commitment is an important first step in your work here, and by booking any services with Rebecca McDonald, underscores that commitment. If, in all good conscience, however, you cannot align yourself fully with each statement above, you agree to discuss in detail any reservations you may have.
I acknowledge you are 100% responsible for the results you achieve through these sessions and commit to completing tasks assigned to Rebecca McDonald and attending the sessions as agreed.
